InvestMates is a technology service provider that empowers individuals to track and manage their investment portfolios across diverse assets and investments. Also provides certain analytics and insights regarding individual portfolios ("Services"). The Website provides information about the Services offered by InvestMates. The App is an all-in-one platform to manage investments in one place and grow wealth.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data collected through this Platform and this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") sets forth how we collect, use, process and protect personal data.

You must provide additional information to use certain features due to legal and regulatory requirements.

InvestMates has a presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X and YouTube. We may receive your Personal Data, when you contact us through our pages on social media platforms. When you connect with us on our popular social media platforms, subscribe to our newsletter, reach out to us for support, we may receive your Personal Data.

d. Device Information

When you use the Platform, we may collect information about the devices you use to access our Platform, including the device model, operating system and versions, serial numbers and mobile network information.

e. Careers

When you apply for a job at our Company through the careers page on our Platform, we may collect certain Personal Data from you including but not limited to your name, email address, contact number, CV/ Resume educational information, previous work experience and any other information you provide in your resume.

f. Personal Data received through third party service providers

Based on your explicit consent, we may receive your Personal Data through API integrations, from third party service providers such as your stockbrokers, mutual fund providers, financial institutions, banking institutions, etc.

The User undertakes that they shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or truthfulness of the Personal Data shared with us whether of its own or any third party. In the event the User is sharing any Personal Data on behalf of a third person, the User represents and warrants that he has the necessary authority to share such Personal Data with the Company, obtained a written consent from such third party and the Company shall not be responsible for verifying the same. The User understands and acknowledges that such Personal Data shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

The accuracy of all information and Personal Data received from third party service providers such as your stockbrokers, mutual fund providers, financial institutions, banking institutions, etc shall be the sole responsibility of the User.

5. Public mode feature on the App
   The App includes a function known as 'Public Mode', which enables the User to share details of their portfolio stocks and allocation percentages with other users. Activating the Public Mode feature on our app may result in your portfolio information being visible to others.

We will retain User’s Personal Data as long as it is required to be retained for the purpose of provision of the services. We may also retain and use User’s Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

9. Storage and Security

Your Personal Data is stored on third party cloud infrastructure. Personal information is secured using firewalls and encryption; users must use a personal username and password for account access. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protection, we cannot warrant the security of Personal Data transmitted as these systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorised hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible, and we will take necessary measures to mitigate such events.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to access your Personal Data in our possession, right to have us rectify or modify any such Personal Data, right to have us erase/delete your Personal Data, right to withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your Personal Data. Depending on the nature of your request, we may ask you to complete a Personal Data request form or seek certain details to verify the request. 12. Choice and opt out

We may send you communications/notifications including but not limited to (a) notices about your use of our Platform, including those concerning violations of use, (b) updates, (c) promotional information regarding our Platform, (d) newsletters. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails and newsletters from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails. Users may receive push notifications on mobile with their consent and can deactivate them at any time. 13. Children’s use

This Platform is not meant for children/ persons below the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from children/ persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. In case of collection of any personal information from minors unknowingly, it will be deleted if discovered.
If a legal representative/ parent of a child discovers that the child has provided us with Personal Data, please write to us on support@investmates.io and we will delete such Personal Data

We may allow others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements about our products and services on our behalf across the web and in mobile applications. 15. Governing Laws

This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts in Coimbatore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
