We understand that circumstances change, and you may decide to part ways with our InvestMates app. If you've made the decision to delete your account, we're here to assist you through the process. Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth experience.


Before You Delete Your Account


Backup Your Data

Before proceeding with account deletion, make sure to backup any important data associated with your account. Once your account is deleted, all associated information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

Delete Account
  1. Tap on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
  2. Tap on the View Profile from side menu.
  3. In profile screen, tap on the Edit button.
  4. Tap on the Delete Account button.
  5. Fill in the reason and click on Continue.
  6. Complete the OTP flow to approve.


What Happens After Account Deletion

  • To prevent unwanted account deletions we wait deactivate your account for first 30 days.
  • You will no longer have access to any features or content associated with your account.
  • If you change your mind, you can recover account within this first 30 days.
  • Later, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
  • After 31 days, you'll need to create a new account to use our services again.
