Imates also offers mutual fund distribution (MFD) services through its MFD Division - registered with AMFI vide ARN: 264792, utilising the Investmates technology-platform for providing incidental advice on mutual funds. Imates is neither a SEBI-registered Research analyst nor SEBI-registered Investment adviser.
The services to subscribed users of Investmates, shall not amount to offering any kind of financial planning services or any kind of investment advisory services.
Where the investment advisory services are sought by the users/investors, Imates has associated with Hexagon Capital Advisors Private Limited (CIN: U65921KA1989PTC010140) also called as "Hexagon" a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser vide Regn. No. INA200001702 to offer such investment advisory services
Hexagon shall offer the Investment advisory services ONLY upon fulfilment of KYC, Risk Profiling and Investment Advisory Agreement sign-off by the users opting for Premium and Premium plus subscriptions. Users must pay the subscription fee / Investment Advisory fee directly to Hexagon.
